how about the dimensions of LxWxH some of height is 6mm and some of others is 3mm, i mean the thickness of radiator.

is this all got diff ?
*
got diff

8fpi can use low rpm fan or lower static pressure fan while 14fpi fin need high static pressure.

Am i right?

a) res > pump > CPU >radiator >res

b) res > pump > radiator > cpu > res

which one is better? after sketching, i think b) give better tubing distribution.

any input?

the res is on top...

res-pump-WBs-2xrad-res

i did just that, with the pump mounted at 'casing's wall'..at 1st the water seem to flow into the pump n cpu wb after but after i add water,it just stop...n heat keep building up until the wb n barb is hot to touch...the pump is not hot coz there's water in there...

then,i drain the whole loop n put the pump like what u guys seen on the pic...so,thats y i ask if the pump cant be mounted any other way...
*
theoretically, u cannot mount pump too high or else u trap air inside the pump, so the pump is pumping air, not water. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

of all the wc parts, the pump is the lowest as u can see from the pic, even before i remounted the pump at the case's floor...n in the res, water was almost full
well, its running well now just the water in the res is kinda warm, may be coz the fans on the rads is in pull setup
*
using quad radiator? rclxms.gif

ive put two temp monitor, one in the res and another one in the pump...both read out at 34.5-35.5'c

had an incident before i went to sleep last nite...one of the tubing at the pump was a bit detached and water leaked...never had this before...very fortunate sweat.gif  suspected that the water was a bit too warm that the barb was heated a bit n the tubing was loosened cry.gif

either fans on rad has to be in push config or get comp fitting...rite now using hose clamp at that one point
*
get hose clamp on all fitting, RM1 each.

C is the default setting for EK res with anticyclone. You need the tube on the ceiling to trap the air
*
vertical mount similar to C with tube as inlet, and no anti cyclone, but outlet at bottom, is it ok?
from above setup, will i see cyclone inside?
