So what's the maximum limit before reaching the thermal equilibrium?  hmm.gif

Thanks.  notworthy.gif

i think the only way to know that is by adding a temp sensor. and it can only cool to your ambient temp. perhaps u can put radiator before each block will be much more effective

if you do a full wc setup, do we still need fans inside the casing..???
*
if u dont have mobo block then it is advisable to put fans la. if u have mobo block then dont need i think becoz whats the point if put also?? everything is already cooled by water meh..

water block is like heatsink laa bro except it uses water to cool down cpu, gpu, chipset etc. if u asking best block for your i5 2500k it depends. u want a block that looks nice? or good performance? or cheap?

Added on October 5, 2011, 6:38 pm nowadays most water blocks come with various mounting eg; intel block can mount into 775,1155,1156 or 1366 with correct bracket.

water block nowadays already reach their limit in terms of cooling performance... good block like koolance 370, ek supreme hf, aquacomputer kurplex are very similar in their thermal performance...

the most obvious different feature among this block will be their restrictiveness... less restrictive block will contribute higher flow through whole wc system... in other words will carry the heat faster...

the xspc raystorm now have the best flow among all available block...

there you go
