u need to consider the blocks and fittings(all the elbow) as well, not only rads. how many blocks are u using? what about fittings.?

Added on October 14, 2011, 7:05 pmbut if just for less than 3 block it is still ok to use 1 pump. mcp355 is enough. or if u need stronger pump get the mcp655 or d5

then 1 pump is enough. if u planning to cool other hardware as well in the future u can add the second pump in the future also.. no need to waste money now. btw y 2x 240 rad and not 1 x 480?

i think it is good for air cooling. if u planning to wc that casing can fit 2 single rad and 1 dual rad inside the most. that also will look very cramp. most probably u need to put the big rads outside casing.

Most RM1000 casing can support 360mm on the spot. Anything less than that usually can only support 240mm + 120mm. If you are OK with the latter, there are several casings that you can get.
*
i believe 480mm also can support easily

yeah.. looks like its quite stress on one side of the tubing due to different height.

hopefully the compression fittings does has the capability to hold the force. else recommend to use some angular fitting or make them same height using extender.
*
i think the compression fitting should hold them well. but have to prperly secure them laa

the fitting is tight as hell....hahahahah
*
but 1 thing u should look into. the force might push the ram from time to time. u might experience bsod if that happens

when installing the tube for the first time, it happens. but i'm using hot boil water to shape the tube and cold ice water to hold the shape.... dont know if it worked, but so far the ram is fine
*
jusr need to be extra careful coz just accidentally touch the tube might make your system bsod blush.gif

y not use crystal link with 90 degree rotary instead ?
i think it'll look neat and better for not stressing the ram .
*
good idea also but then u need to use a few extender to extend the height of the rotary so both at the same height

never mind just leave it as it is. just put the side panel on then no need to worry about hitting the tube unintentionally.

very good method to use. its another way to form ur own tubing shape.

and its economically better than other solutions  smile.gif

if without this method, its harder to get the tubing bend properly.
*
i use the same method to make my tubing straight.
