if im an existing user of streamyx paying rm66/month. so what is the charges? only the deposit of RM75? the line is not under my name.

I've been trying to call Bangsar TMpoint but no one picked it up. It has been almost 3 weeks. This is insane. I've called TM Call Center plenty of times but they had yet to give my any feedbacks. I've been told my application was not in their record, so what do I need to do now? Re-apply one more time? That's BS!

Today go to terminate the streamyx and reapply the Cool Unipack (situation 2). Hope TM can settle my case as soon as posible.

I think the manager(?) or whoever just called me, and he told me to go to Bangsar TMpoint to recheck my application in case the man at the counter "terlepas pandang" and didn't process my subscription. Way to go, TM.
I am so freakin' pissed.

Oh and the reason I called the branch was because TM call center told me to! They couldn't do sh*t because my application was not in their record thus they couldn't arrange a technician to come to my house.

I will visit TMpoint Bangsar and someone's gonna have a bad day tomorrow.

In your application status will plan name will be "Streamyx 384kbps (Cool Unipack)" even though you applied for the 4mbps/2mbps/1mbps?

I have complaint to MCMC since april, and my 4MB only get installed today.....When i apply, TM say no 4MB in my area.....so install 1MB.....then i make complaint.....drag and drag....the Manager came my house last 2 weeks, and tell me 4MB can! Now got it already

I recieved the rental fee for the first month and just paid it, coz they said it's just for the first month and I wont see it again. Second bill came and the fee was still there. Called them and they gave some BS reason and said just pay it and I wont see it again. I emailed them and demanded that the fee be dropped, they replied saying they will (probably) give a rebate in the coming months.

Just email them kao kao. If they dont reply, email again 2 days later. You can go to tmpoint but I hate queuing up.

After all the rough patches that I had to go through, a man finally came to my house 5 mins ago and installed the wifi modem. I am using own my precious Wifi now and it's surprisingly fast! Yay! Now I am waiting for the Netbook to arrive!

I did go to Tm Point Bangsar on Tuesday and asked them to re-check my application. Turned out that doofus before didn't even process my form and the lady at the counter found my application form in the freakin' drawer. Thanks to the lady, if it wasn't for her they wouldn't register my application at all ever.

TM has already confirm it's 2 years and hp shows 1 year because cannot update in the system.HP has already confirm it's 2 years warranty.Juz show ur receipt to them to repair. warranty TM and HP 2 years 

So even if i check my netbook warranty in HP website and it stated for 1 year , still it was actually 2 year right? Which mean i no need to email to Tm?

hi want to ask i subscribe new phone line for this package then they stated the rm26 rental is free..so is it free only if i don't use the line to make outgoing call and receive incoming call or free even i use to call other line?tq
