Just keep on call 100 to check your Cool Uni Pack status after terminate the streamyx. So, for those masih ragu-ragu about 30 days cool period, just go a head to apply Cool uni Pack for lower price of Streamyx and free netbook.

In your case you should have called your TM Branch & ask them to assign another contractor.More than 7 days of delay is unacceptable.
