Hey guys, i dunno whether you know about this or not. i'm so lazy to read all the thread. Did you know that O2 mini also can accept RSDV MMC with adapter? I just tried it with my RS-MMC card from my phone and it works fine.

I'm so sorry if this is not a tip.

today i went to his shop to buy a o2mini hsg housing......
now only 3 colors remaining......

Silver ( the one most of us hav )
Black (the limited one)
Grey (looks autar...meaning not nice)

so i guess it is either silver or black....

I choose silver cause even if it got scratches , it is not so evident
black if got scratches huhu very evident wor......

i will change it myself cause my fren wans to charge me for fixing......but i cant blame him cause he have to pay rent and salary to his employees
I got it for RM80.00, actually he asked for RM79.90.ten cents change no nid la
The housing comes together wif the "keypad" and the top back part is made of plastic.
the rest like the front and battery cover is made of aluminium.

i also bought a compatible battery for RM65.00

so this is de picture taken wif a lauyah cam......

from the observation of de housing there are 4 screws to be opened........

and some parts hav to be praised open by a thin or slim screwdriver........

and after tat i may hav to transfer the whole chasis to the new housing bearing in mind tat i dun hav to change the middle or center board(black color which holds the stylus and the mmc card) section

i may do it one day when i hav the time and post it here for you guys to see.....

and for the time being any one here can show us some links whereby the changing of the housing can be learn from some sites......i believe those who can read chinese can surf to some china/taiwan sites where they emphasis a lot of DIY changing of parts and hsg of handfones......

1 other question: i find myself constantly having to go to "running programs" in order to shut down programs running in the background to conserve memory. is there a way i can avoid this?
