You saw the RM1,299, 98% new with slight scratches at side Mini for sale?Not for Bid though... And the guy there seems abit too strict and no-nonsense for my liking.But very tempting nontheless. 2-3 sets left.

Lelong got one unit on auction. I think current price is 1,105 or something or pay 1488 for instant grab. No warranty though, seller claims 98% new with two scratches at side of housing. No biggy deal if you don mind or get housing from Digilife fren lor.

Eh fren you buying from where/who ar? Actually since that set is already 1 yr old why not you consider the lelong one which is 1100+ now?No need bargain with you fren/shop. Go check it out. For me Im waiting till PC Fair on 11th tis mth to see if got cheap deals. I don quite favor used ones too, so kinda hesitant to go for Lelong ones, but not to say they not good la. As for the performance and claims of the Mini, I don own one yet so cant say much. But from frens and tis forum taikos seems it's good. Better than 5.0 ones...

Guys, about the price drop... The last PC Fair in KL Convention Center had one booth by PDA Expert I think who had this brochure of O2 sale items. FYI, the XDA 2S and 2I went for RM 1,888.00. No lies. Mini wasn't on sale and I remembered asking the guy why, but he just said Mini still very laku. Imagine the 2S from 3,588 to 1,888. Even after the PC Fair they still had the deal going on. I just hope this time around the Mini will be discounted though... People who went there and saw the deal pls confirm.

Brand new about 1,800 I think, as told by other forumers in response to my earlier similar question. 2nd hand 1,500 a bit high IMHO, unless the condition is superb and warranty still valid lor. Or else buy from Lelong or Digilife fren lor...

This maybe a silly question for some but i curious to find out. Assumingly a person already has a mobile phone, then gets a Mini as a PDA phone, can a person get another SIM card with the same number for his new Mini? ie two SIM cards both same number. Cos short of getting another line, then the mobile phone ma have to go into cold sorage? Anything to so called replicate the SIM card?

I just came back from Mid Valley and I was told by the guy at PDA Expert that the Mini is NO LONGER FOR SALE and NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION!!! Apparently it was not for sale since 6 months ago, and what's left now is only recond or second hand/used units. He seemed more eager to promote the 5.0 units like the Atom Pure and Exec though, quite obviously. So yeah, can forget bout getting brand new Mini for whatever price...

Hmmm sounds like a pretty good idea there. ROM update can do ourselve or gotta send to shop ar?

Btw I din know that it was mentioned here b4 tat it was no longer in production earlier on. Pai seh...

tmh1973: I appreciate your advice, really. Truly, no offends to Digilife or his fren, I just have slight doubts on anything that's used/2nd hand/recon. Of course there are some which are really top notch condition, which, even if the seller tells you so, you still have the worries unless you play with it cukup cukup for few weeks perhaps to be convinced. Even my relative recon Benz also got problem now. Anyway I will still wait for Digilife's fren to come back and will take a good look b4 deciding anything. New Mini hard to get, was told certain shops even thinking of raising the price.

Ok... Was a bad example but the only most recent bad experience of recon/2nd hand stuff...
