easy.
take a card. like credit card or bonuslink card or mesra card.. any card lah..

at 45degree angle push it against the glas..

then slide it down until the soil

push the card in until reaches bottom

then slowly pull the card up..

then ur gravel down there will be pushed inside, then u see ur soil falls into the bottom..

repeat until soil covers the gravel.. only at the glass edges lah.. can understand ka lol

ps. when u pour in new soil into the water.. the soil at first tends to be too powerful.. as in fert wise.. then when u put it in when got water inside then the fert soil dust will get blown around in ur tank then from that it causes overdose of fert in the water then algae bloom then water become green.

Mean i washed the soil fist b4 putting it in my tank, ofcoz i din't clean super clean la i clean it just like cuci beras.

pleas dont wash the soil.

ADA soil cannot wash one laa... after wash da fertilizer all come out...

u shouldnt be washing it at all!! adoi u kinda washed away a percentage the fertilizers.. when u washed it, the black color water u washed away, that black water is goood fertilizer enriched stuff. nvm, no big deal. lets see those HC growth!!

once u see them spread out.. u sure siok! and they do pearl as well

its around rm120. so get 2 sets. rm240 oni and ull get 110watts in the end

they dont kill lah.. they eat plants.. depends on what snails. some eat algae some eat plant leaves.

Was at Jusco Kepong today and saw a big planted aquarium. Saw this plant with white cotton-like stuff on the leaves, is this part of the plant or algae?
