I saw the advertisement in star classified. Surprisingly they are asking 615k for 660sf and around 980k for 1019sf, what a bargain!

Usually 1-2 month from completion. Since just receive the completion notice last week... I guess should be Nov/Dec bah. The sales person also inform me they have submitted the application in advance.

a lot of salesman from lumi called me and invite to the prelaunch.
i got to know lumi is selling from RM890psf (NETT) ie price after rebate.
but i am damn sure when u go there, either RM890psf is finish/sold out or is next to tongsampah.
i think average should be around RM920psf.

hence, avenue should be doable at around RM970psf at least...i think lar

Never can get developer lowest price unless u r developer Yi ma gu jie,even balloting also got many reserved 1 !
I think avenue not easy to sell at 1k psf !now 1 buyer got 100 seller waiting him !

For Lumi, I think the price should be around 950 psf after discount for remaining unit. No more 890 psf. Some units may get higher price >1000 psf due to higher floor and location.
