check in BIOS either your multiplier set x6.o or auto?

he refer to the cpu multiplier.
i think most motherboard offer adjustable cpu multiplier. some old motherboard maybe not.  |

I just buy new mobo and the problem fixed.  tq guys for the help. appreciate it. anyway my idle speed is 1599-1600 Mhz. is that normal or it should be higher than that? |

should be normal.. the speed depends on the lowest multiplier of ur proc..

1.6 idle speed is normal... under speedstep... if amd, normal speed just 800mhz...
