Just notice the thread title. Launch from 430k in 2010.
Now lelong unit at 100k below launch price.
And is at very high floor unit.

even if it drops to another RM10k, I doubt there is any taker due to high volume of supply there.

2 years plus after completion, many still struggling here.
Needless to say, rental at cheap price, selling also need to dispose at a "cut loss" pricing.

From M City, all active lelong units in the market now:
1. 3-11-21, 678 sqft
2. 3-28-03, 533 sqft

4. 3-27-16, 977 sqft

Water pipe leaked from one floor in Elements, it was repaired since, not those long term large scale structural problem.

This condo was overcooked when launched 3+ years ago at very high price. A lot of weak hands entered, many foreigners now retreated back home base countries. The lelong units are mostly foreigners and speculators.

Some truth about why some people don't like Elements is because lots of Arabs. Another is Arte blocked off Tower A view substantially. So far only corner units of both A/B still have some views. The worst are Tower B facing Arte side.
