The developer was quite close to china embassy. A few china buyers bought because of relationship with china embassy.

These china buyers were believe to be the first batch of china poorperly investors. As this batch is losing $$$, doubt more will come.

If these defaulters are defaulting on bank loan repayment; 10% default rate would be higher than u.s subprime crisis 2008.
