eggyolks to make it smooth and creamy more ...

i wan people de home recipe .. cause if they cook at home that always .. den i learn also easy eatable at 1 shoot ... hahah

Well, even with exact proportion listing it doesn't mean everyone can cook the same outcome, some are just lame chef, given everything yet still unable to do it properly

All my recipes are all my own venture, perhaps I should charge you as how I charge those cafe and restaurant eh? rolleyes.gif

Ingredients:


80 gms chopped Bacon
2 cloves Garlic
2 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dash of dry white wine
2 Eggs
50 gms freshly Grated Cheese (Parmesan, Cheddar)
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
2 tblsp Cream
200 gms Spaghetti
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

How to make spaghetti carbonara recipe:

o Boil the pasta and keep it aside.
o Heat the oil in a pan and add squashed the garlic cloves.
o When garlic cloves gets brown in color take them out and throw them.
o Now add the chopped bacon till crispy.
o Add a dash of the dry white wine stir it continuously and then turn of the flame.
o In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add parsley, cream, cheese and pepper.
o Add the cooked pasta to the beaten egg mixture.
o Mix it evenly.
o Now add the wine flavored bacon and mix again.
o Serve it hot.

Cooking spaghetti always use parmesan cheese, and don't buy the cheap cheap brand, for ingredients you just can't simply save the cost. It plays very important role to make a good dish.

after i read the instruction and ingredients from the net, i found out that i left out alot of the stuffs... tongue.gif
anyway, i still like my own style though...
