1.cook cream until boil a bit..
2.add flavouring
3. add some cheese sauce
4. throw chicken/ham inside sauce and cook awhile

cabonara...simple one...spaghetti + cream milk + sausages(sliced) + pepper + salt + prawn + sotong + brocolli...

1 tablespoon olive oil ( good brand pls, don't buy the cheap cheap brand sleep.gif )
175 g/6 oz smoked bacon, rinded and cut into strips
1 garlic clove, crushed and chopped
300 g/10 oz spaghetti
4 tablespoons double cream
3 egg yolks
75 g/3 oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
salt and pepper
