Just coincidence actually. But since i was coming out to grab something, this came along somehow and close to home. And it was a rare first mixed dev in this part of PJ at that time.

I also predicted or rather googled that this area is a 100% MRT-to-be served area. But I guess most people wouldn't be bothered at that time.

I also predicted the psf I bought will be 3X times compared to a new project launched when mine is completed. If you exclude the size consideration, the rental market today at the nearest apartment is already almost double my instalment amount. The purchasing power in PJ is high otherwise you won't find Banks with the highest network list in PJ area.

Then came along the office components and their award for best property and the green ratings - first in PJ for residential.

Went to see the strand mall today, nothing much and the mall looks small, dunno how the management can pull in the crowds from outside, honestly cascade shoplots looks more grand and big compared to it. Cascade is near to roadside and more happening with people passing by at least.
