Friend, I just called last week, the remaining units is open for public sale leh. What you mean by lubang?

According to what the person on the phone told me, still got small units available but on lower floor, larger units also still got, Can buy straight from developer, these are bumi release units means nonbumi can buy.

But... went to Kota Damansara after I called, very jam. Decided to look at other places.

I jus got one unit from a fren of mine who previously bought from cascades, which he wanna let out. I am making a deal with him. 561sf.

I wont say it is darn expensive, cos this is mixed development, and the residence is not condo, but serviced residential with good facilities, and with shopping experience. With their low density. Price would have been difference if its high density say abt 500units abv.

I think last unit on the second floor were sold at 347k.

still got units available? got dibs?

sunway nexis flexi suites is really expensive ared... rm900+ psf...

wah!! 900psf already ar? dunno till when cascades can follow that price...

i called the sales office, only left bumi units...

What is the progress of this project ?

Notice the difference in just less than 2 months. Within walking distance to the Dataran Sunway MRT, but prices here are at least 35% cheaper than Sunway Nexis or Tropicana Gardens. I bought my first ever property at the Cascades here.
