mitra planning to start at rm600psf now?
wah lau weh! very ambitious. only very few units would meet the 1st time house purchaser limit of rm350k for stamp duty discount! |

rsp also got the 100 storey building wor.
no play play. jokes aside, seriously, how's the take up rate for the project. the pricing seems on the high side for now but i think it's still fairly priced given the location, the 'wongness' of the place and it's facilities and furnishing. what worries me was the maintenance fees. too high! |

the transparent lifts at garden office kinda cool. but cascades slanting profiles and wavy lines are kinda cool as well. congrats again pat for your investment. cheers! |

not all people like modern highrises.
to me, both are having different theme. casa is about resortish feel and concept with its golf view tagline. and it is purely residential title therefore much lower assessment rate and cheaper utilities fees. no right or wrong. just that different people different preferences, that's all. and age of building does not matter so much. it's how well kept a building is that matters. |
