So far never received defective BD. Only damaged BD case or scratch BD disc. Only in one case, i.e., X-Men Trilogy, where X3: The Last Stand got 2 copies of Disc 2 and no DIsc 1 at all. That one, Amazon agreed to exchange a new boxset for me.

Ghostbusters arrived smelling like it was left in the hot sun for several hours. The case was all soft. Heat was probably the cause there. The rest, just defective I'm guessing. Some are just a problem with the 1st disc, 2nd disc plays well. So you can confirm it's a 1st disc issue |
