So i've been using this hub for the last 24 hours and I find that its pretty damn fast. I'm averaging about 490 kbps up and down.

This, however, now makes me wonder about etiquette. Should I organise my library so that its easier for other so navigate or should I just leave it as the mess it is? Any thoughts?

@farkinid

People can use the search function hmm.gif Its better anyway, the files get grouped together as multisource downloads sometimes for increased speed

I'm reorganizing my files for a rehash. RAID5 failed recently, a few movies corrupted.

Yeah I just found that it can download from multiple sources. So I'm sorry to those who want to look through the files I have, its a mess in there and I'm too lazy to organize it.

It's a p2p file sharing channel setup meant to prepared ourself for the possibly upcoming international traffic cap. It's something similar to the ancient Napster.

@all

Registered for VIP5 & is now waiting for installation. Btw, 1.5TB hdd still pricey sad.gif

Hmm might be a good idea to put up a more detailed guide on DC++. When I first used it I got a little lost too.

Maybe I'll write something later tonight but only if you guys think it will help

yup will definitely be useful -
On another note, has nayone else noticed/had difficulty getting file lists from other users? I only occasionally succeed with that - even searches don't turn items up sometimes
