i bet they'll say, still not compatible yet with iphone 4

Just tested my self cut Digi microsim on my gf iPhone 4 that I just opened from sealed box. Same case, no 3G signal. Only edge despite 3G setting already switch on.

I have a feeling it's my Sim although Digi support FAQ website says there's no need to change sim

Ok, if got edge symbol i think its fine, just need to try to go someplace else to get 3g

i checked digi 3g coverage, the whole of damansara area + KJ + SS2 + TTDI + BU has coverage. but so far can't seem to detect any 3G signal. Even in cyberjaya, supposedly got 3G at some spots indicated by DIGI website but also can't detect any 3G signal on my phone

mny areas KL already got 3G...shud be phone nt compatible...hav to wait official launch i think..

went to Digi Centre today. Waited 30 mins before was served.
The CS was checking my phone's settings. then he asked when i subscribe to the data plan. i told him last friday and sunday was activated and can use. He then ask if i can surf the net. i said yes, but very very slow and never got beyond 70kbps. after that, he brought to a more senior colleague. after a while, he came back, told me Digi now doesn't support the iphone 4 yet. I told him that's ridiculous because the 3GS also can use the same OS of iOS4.0 and shouldn't be any different in terms of the settings. I then tell him to bring one of their iphone 3GS to test with my Sim card. After that he said ok, no need to take out sim card yet and he'll try re-register me in the system for the plan as was also proposed by his senior just now. after seconds later, the phone was displaying the 3G icon already. Issue solved, tested with speedtest app and was getting 1Mbps already.
Finally i asked him, "so it's not the phone problem right?" He said, yes it's not because of the phone, it's their system.

So guys here who can't get DIGI 3G on their iphone 4, i suggest you go and ask them to re-register your number for the plan.
Darn system give ppl trouble and waste time only.

Haha....Digi people so funny. "Digi now doesn't support the iphone 4 yet." this kind of reason also can give.

Just wonder for the iphone plan 16gb no longer offer? i just want to play around with the iphone with the unlimited plan. because sometime i very boring for waiting for people. while waiting i do something

Wow now still need them to activate the 3G? I thought is was last year stuff

Can I know is the iPhone will only be available in Digi Center, how about the digi branch in sunway pyramid?

they do sell iphones lah dude, dont tell me you didnt notice their big iphone banner outside their shop?

Because digi staffs told me only digi centers have iPhone, and sunway one isn't a digi center as listed in the stores locator in digi.com.my.

So i am just asking to confirm is that branch has, but, they are closed today i guess.

the one near the indoor kids playground? VV shops right? they are a digi reseller they like the maxis reseller sell the iphone, they do have Demo iphone and also the brochures im pretty sure they have iphones.

wanna ask is that possible to sign up the iDigi plan without getting the iphone ?
