Heard the shop lot down there will have investment bank coming. eg Kenanga/Osk RHB.

accessibility is very good ( LPD, NKVE, Sprint .....)
Glomac flagship project.
I bought for own stay.
The close to cemetery issue doesnt affects me at ALL.
Desa Kiara already asking 600k man.

Because i think usually property below 500k, real estate agent will charge 3%. Might be exception also la.
As i know by law they can charge maximum up to 3 %
