Am glad that they seem to have secured a good anchor tenant - will be interesting to find out who that is. Hope that they in turn attract some other good retailers and F&B options. Although Tropicana is easy to access, it would be very nice to have something at hand without even leaving the building.

Out of interest - our apartment does not have one of the metal grill/doors that seem to have been installed on many apartments. Does anyone know who the approved contractor for these doors is and how much they charge? The management office said it costs about RM2,000 per installation, but wanted to check if this is correct.

Also as a tenant - should I meet this cost or should it be something the landlord pays or do we share the cost? Any advice welcome.
