Any idea how to split up Steam games across drives and still work, e.g some games on C:, some games on D: ? Or is there any way to specify a different install directory when you install a new game? Tks! |

Search for a member called Deimos. In his signature you will find a download link to the Steam client. Unzip it, open steam.exe in it, let it update. Once it updates fully, copy the contents of the folder into your own Steam folder, replacing every thing. pls advise tq If it still refuses to update, try doing it at 3am in the morning. Worked for me |

Tks! i think you should rearrange the files on your hard disk, lets say you move stuff from d to c then you have more space for steam at d |

QUOTE(prasys @ Jul 1 2010, 04:40 PM) General rule of thumb Then nobody is gonna play racing games with me? Dont buy any games for windows live for MP (except for DOW II , DOW II is a bit retraded in sense that it uses steam for DRM and windows live for matchmaking , which means you'll find people to play with , Dirt 2 , Street Fighter IV cause SF IV you'll find somebody). I dont recommend buying a Games for Windows Live for MP. Look at great games like GTA IV , LCS , James Bond 007 QoS |
