do note that the game u purchase from their site is not related to steam. which mean it a standalone/seperate installation that does't req steam to play

if you buy redfaction you get to download the game and will include the cdkey, but your cdkey wont be able to activate it on steam. mean that it will be a standalone game that does't req steam to play

so still i can add it to steam library? i heard thq.us is restricted for country like us,canada,etc only...

you only can add to non steam game, which you wont be able to get update via steam.
