I think the original intention of the quote is that we need more people like zhiyung who own an unmodded consoles and buys original games and irn order to do that he should go make babies with the same mindset.

if you guys dont play your xbox 360 , do you leave the power switch on , i mean without turning the xbox console on .

will it spoil ? im too lazy to go to the back of the tv and switch the power on before playing xbox 360 .

Leave it on will not harm the console unless you get a power grid overload......

But the consumption is around 2W for existing fat console to standby and the slim is 0.2W for nothing..... Please consider not to waste that kinda power.... unless you want to download stuff or something that actually need the console to be on. You can afford the bill, but a lot of ppl doing so will give a very heavy load to the power plant.
