Just received letter from amber for fire insurance rm150++.. at the same time bank also asked me to pay fire insurance around rm400++..

Property agent will not tell u all these things. Even guard or amber staff.. They are making profit from this condo. Crazy.. Honestly i tell u this is not condo. No condo facilities. Just size more than 1000sf.. Give u a few attachmnt. Flooding.. Lift Leaking - no action taken after 2 months. Poor finishing - u still can see brick behind the big pipe |
