1. does the flooding happen during heavy rain?
so the ground floor both indoor and outdoor parking will flood as well?

2. how's the water pressure there? need to install water pump?

3. Unifi ready yet?

I see, last weekend i purposely drove there and ask the makcik living at the PPR, whether this area will flood after heavy downpour, she said no.

So it was the water pump failure.

good to know unifi coming, when i call up to unifi, their customer says no idea when will be available.
