this is the best new project for this year,,,with reasonable price...200++/sqf and walking distance to LRT station...
forsee this one will appreciate at least 30% just like the titiwangsa sentral and axis@ampang......

wth...280k?? that is just an apartment seriously..without swimming pool and facilities....these ppl is crazy....
