injection is fun... but needs fine tuning on minor parts to get it right... slowly laa.. u cannot get everything working the first time...

ur ISC damage already lo... ISC controls both cold start and aircond idle rpm....
i'm using 2 FICD... each to control cold start and aircond idle rpm individually....

hence, i removed the ISC unit all together...

2nd ficd works base on the same concept as the 1st ficd... leak air into the throttle body.... where 1st ficd signal is controlled by aircond compressor, 2nd ficd is manually controlled via switch.... u jz have to flick the switch on during coldstart and off it when rpm becomes stable (or temperature reaches operating level)....

yeap... repair the ISC and plug back the socket... but in most case, the socket often melts due to contact with the coolant line below ur throttle body... hence, the microchip will also be damaged... there are a few alternatives...

1) if ur plastic microchip socket is not damaged, u can jz change the plastic gears inside ur ISC unit... spare part shop got sell ISC service kit... inside consist of some plastic gears...

2) change the whole ISC unit with this one... cost rm150... new microchip, but with blocked coolant.... not sure if will solve coldstart or not... but certainly will solve aircond on idling issue...

if let's say...idle without open headlamps 1000...

check n make sure both alternator and battery is in good health...

add grounding cable, especially to ur alternator body... but then, both grounding cable and voltage stabilizer only help a little (if they do)...

the radiator fan i selling normally use as additional fan... if wanna use as primary fan i not sure more efficient compare to oem fan or not....

haha.. not many people know the idea... it was given to me by my sifu... as long as u understand how FICD works and some basic electronic circuit knowledge, u can do it urself... smile.gif
