guys i need some help here , my pc keep on crashing (screen freeze)

when i trying to heavy usage mode ......


i suspect is hard disk problem so i try scan disk and fix the bad sector .

it when good for couple of days then i start coming back .

so is this the symptom of harddisk going to fail ?

the hard disk is 3 year + already 80gb
