QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Oct 3 2010, 01:23 PM) oh my seller is here. and maybe you forgot to reply my sms on the optimum duration of burning for that IEM. nope, not that i am not satisfy, but if i have other option to make it better, why not? Haha, when? check back later. Anyway, a couple of hundred hours will do i guess, say, 100-200 hours. I don't really like the idea of buying an amp for IEM actually, afterall it's meant for portable, amping make it bulky, and it doesn't really improve the SQ much xD

Hey guys I'm looking for a pair of decent headphone that prioritizes on: 1) Sound quality (Preferably balanced on low, mid, high, bass not important) 2) Comfort 3) Noise isolating Possibly those that cover the whole ear. Budget <300 Currently what I have in mind is AKG K412P but this one doesn't cover the whole ear so I'm kinda worried abotu the noise isolation. I've tried my bro's Sennheiser 428 and the noise isolation/comfort was superb Any good Sennheiser under RM300 ? If it's really good I can stretch my budget a bit This post has been edited by JustForFun: Oct 3 2010, 07:28 PM

Hey guys, my friend needs help with future upgrades for his iem. Currently, he has a pair of Westone 2 but he's tempted to try out the big 4, which are the: Westone 3 Shure SE530/535 Sennheiser IE8 UE Triple Fi Anyone has the Westone 2 before and upgraded to any of the ones above? He wants to know the benefits and most importantly, the SQ upgrade and whether it is worth the jump or not. Students with a budget. Thanks~

Nope, noise isolating means isolating urself from the rest of the world via covering ur ear, whether using iem or closed can but its not noise canceling since it does not actively interfere with outside noise
