just to let other scout user, the side panel fans need to be exhaust unless u can tolerate with humming sound of air pulling through the grills i wanna cut that but donno to use what, some said dremel will not do its job perfectly on acrylic

bout the side panel, i cant tolerate with the humming sound, its too loud for me, the case is just 1feet away from me. but yes, it do provide good cooling effect on the gc

that ccfl can be turn off and i'll be controlling the fans with fan controller, turn it all of when sleeping

haha.. usually i turn off the pc also when sleep

erm, will try to find one here in jb. else, buy another acrylic without fan holes so that i can see clearer inside, and mod my case to fit a fan (or 2) at the bottom.. Storm Scout HAF version

these 90cfm fan really blow air like table fan

did u feel how the air is blown through the fans? is it too low or considered ok? yr hdd need its own fan i think since there is no active cooling just for it. bottom fan should support your mobo..

i cut out all fan grills of my scout just to make sure my fans is fully utilize

for hsf, u must experiment it yourself as there result might be different between person. try to make the exhaust air to the nearest exhaust fan.
for your hdd, try look around for hdd cooling in garage sale. cheapest diy u can do is just put a fan that blow air directly on your hdd
