Well, you need to buy 4pin adapter to use that F12 PWM.

These are my arctic f12 pwm ports.

The middle one can't fit into my existing mobo port(which could work with my old CM fan)

See: http://static.lowyat.net/uploads/attach-26...-1339858293.jpg The black pin is the my f12 pin, shown in the pic on top on the right~

So what do you recommend? Get an adapter for the middle one or the right one? And adapter to which type?

but if u connect rightmost pin with molex then there will be no pwm function right?
in order to utilize the PWM function u must connect ur middle 4 pin to the SYSFAN on ur mobo
then try to shift the other normal case fan to connect with ur molex adapter
*
What is pwm function actually? My mobo got only 1 slot for sysfan. I already attached the f12 to the rear fan occupying that sysfan port

Now want to get another f12 as front fan but dunno what adapter to get

Best if I can control fan speed. If not nevermind lah smile.gif

in ur case, u need to get something like this
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/43/3420pin.jpg/sr=1
get ur middle connector connect into this one
then the molex (with bigger head) u can connect either one with ur psu molex

for a win-win situation, connect ur f12 pwm 4pin into SYSFAN
cause normally 4 pin is come with the pwm function
and since u got the 3pin-molex converter, why dont just change ur other casing fan to the 3pin-molex
then f12 PWM to sysfan, so u dont need to buy any converter
*
The picture you provide, that port on top connect to middle or right port(picture below) ?

user posted image

And what is the name of the converter?

Btw, I already connected my F12 to the sysfan slot happy.gif

^ Is that a Elite 311+ ?

Btw guys, how to minimize vibrations from my casing when I put it on my table next to me? Kinda annoying because previously I'm a laptop user so I don't get much of the vibrations and noise.

I've reduced the noise level already by adding 2 quiet fans and reducing fan speed for the GPU. Now it's pretty ok, but the vibrations level is kinda annoying shakehead.gif

Any cheap alternative biggrin.gif

whats the source of vibration? gpu? psu?  hmm.gif

QUOTE(torino @ Jun 24 2012, 07:12 PM)
why is it vibrate?  hmm.gif im using for 4 months already and it's running smooth on my table..

Maybe you can check any parts that is loose, or put some pad to absorb the vibration, like thin sponge or something..
*
I have no idea where the vibration is coming from. Btw, my pc is still at the hospital, have to wait for it to be ready for collection before I can make any thorough inspections biggrin.gif

Are you guys' casings have very little vibrations or close to none? hmm.gif

And one more question, can recommend any other red led fan that is silent and fast and has the exact same colour as my Aerocool Red Devil 140mm fan? tongue.gif

(the aerocool 12cm fan without the voltage reduction cable is noisy as hell, but with it the cable management is OMG horrible...especially on the rear fan)

Hey isnt that CM690 biggrin.gif Well bro you have the hole for the screw down there? If none then measure, mark and screw some hole down there. Settle tongue.gif
*
There are no vents at the bottom. Just solid metal. I think it's kinda illogical to have a fan there blowing upwards since there are no ventilation holes at the bottom hmm.gif
