please have a look at the surroundingand the road entering to this condo...
from MRR2, people can see nad view this condo, they can appreciaite that for the past 2-3 years, there have been few movers..and looks empty...for investment, maybe those youger people would prefer transportation like KTM..it depends, since to me, not everyone dislike the cemetry, my fren didnt care about it..me?...haha3..i nearly bought this condo last 2 year when the price is exactly what you said, but am not sure whteher the market price is that high still!
