Quite the character. So those who decide to wait out are all deemed skeptical? I guess everytime something comes out we all gotta act all kancheong and be the first to enjoy it before everyone else. Whatever happened to being patient, while making an informed decision ?
If you consider the hampering of a PHONE's BASIC function to make and receive calls, or surf the net on 3G, or etc while holding it trivial then by all means. But at least you're acknowledging there IS a problem.
And btw, AT&T is
not the only network on which this problem has been identified on;
Optus @ Australia:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TK_2Ac_iCwQConsumer Reports already stated its a DESIGN flaw, not a network flaw... Please remember Consumer Reports.org were ALSO the ones that scored the iPhone 4 higher than its main competition.
All im saying is that there is a prevalent problem, and while im very well aware that it does not affect ALL phones, the problem is there. But that doesnt mean it shouldnt be made aware of. People are going to pay a lot of money in this thing, why shouldnt they be allowed to know what the pro's n cons?
Really "Quite the character" ?. Well, if you don't know me, DON'T judge me.
If you feel that what i wrote hurt you in anyway, my appologies. Btw, i wrote it for those in general who is worried about those issues.
Anyway, You decide. It's your money. You can be patient all you want but many of us already know that it works here.
And..thank you very much for those links. It's good that you found those infos. It helps buyers to think twice before purchasing the iPhone 4. Maybe, we should wait for a report from our local newpaper or bloggers if the iPhone 4 does have those issues after it's offficailly launch here. Will be a good way to wait it out as well.
BUT..for many of us, we are buying the iPhone 4 regardless. Weather this year or the year after.
Cheers and have a good day.
Info for everyone on the reception issue- Our own iPhone 4 users (beavis68, harmeet15, stringfellow) and benny888 explaination:
