the 3 labs i've been to no people use guanidine hydrochloride...add for what?
How much primer you are using? usually is 1ul of 10uM stock in 50ul/20ul pcr reaction...

using 20 pico molar for 50ul ~
i saw there is list for that chemical compound but can not found the container ~ add to remove primer dimmer in purification. it's under trouble shoot method in quiaquick ~
bcoz need to do cloning ~

reduce your primer amount to 10pmol..(Ps: Molar stands for M)

for today 20M it's not very bright !
for me after purification the band look not nice for one of the product. for me it;s look like unspecific binding ><
before i use 5pmolar also can get a bright for one of the product but one pile and 3 no band ><

if you just wanna get rid of the primer dimer from the gel photo, just run your gel longer than normal so that the dimers would elute off the gel..they are small in size..could elute much much faster than your products..the dimer is definitely not going to interfere with the next step..usually i'll just ignore it..

not really bcoz primer dimmer size about 100bp so it will shown at the 100bp marker region.
it's weird that after PCR purification, the primer dimmer geting brighter >.<
Supervisor dnt want to see the primer dimmer in the photo/

the kit's DNA range is 100bp-10kb...if you primer dimer is about 100bp, the kit might not be able to get rid one...
is it really dimer or a non-specific band of your product?

bocz previously it's not found in the result dnt know why suddenly appear.
bcoz i reduce the primer concentration end up no primer dimmer lo ~
i found that the PB buffer contain guanidine hydrocloride but the % is unknown. that why need supplement step for it ^^
i think it might be unspecific band or primer dimer for some product. i think 3.0 mM mgcl is quit high !! or may be is my partner pipetting skills problem bcoz she get primer dimer for all the result for today >.<
hope tomorrow still hv DNA sample for me, i wanna try different primer concentration. left 4 samples only. another one i felt i wanna reduce mgcl2 until 2.0 not 3.0 silently ^^

bcoz the primer clump up together make it >50bp lo ~ each primer 20bp only ! non-specific band may bind to the product too together with primer ~

lol..ok, just tested on BF: BC2 that i bought from steam sales..
crazy...stress level same as Dirt 2, 84C sia...
setting were:

Texture: High
Effect: Medium
Details: Medium
Shadow: Low
AA: 4x MSAA
AF: 4x AF
vSync: Off
HBAO: off

fps varies from 4fps to 35fps, depending on effect and details, but averagely it's around 25fps, which is playable in a somewhat smooth experience
(the second mission on the jeez part got one small section where all the sands fly up and block ur mission, i got only 4fps there)

Got modded one but official is still better ..even astria is using C10.4 ..
