 Wanna get started-trim down my weight, i'm overweight!

hi all...

i'm thinking of starting a workout to trim down my weight. for info, i'm never been to any gym for workout. planning to do it at home only. my weight now is around 86-88kg in which i think i was too overweight. if i can get around 70kg, i will be happy. can somebody give an idea on what workout i should do? planning to buy a bicycle but not sure if it will really help. thanks in advance

trimming down ur weight only? not building muscle?
then just do cardio and also control ur diet.

thanks jon...building muscle is not in my priority, but maybe later. concentrate on trimming down first as i feel uncomfortable with my body now

then its simpler than trying to build muscle and reduce ur body weight.
just do cardio and most importantly, DIET must jaga
