Um, have you flipped the other side of the blade? Cause you're suppose to turn it to a scissor something?    That or its pirated! 

No mistake at all as I've seen a lot of people got the same yellow painting/decal on one side.

Gatack Double Calibur: Only available in Rider Form; shotel-like weapons which resemble mandibles. They are attached on each shoulder when not in use. He has a golden Plus Calibur on his right shoulder and a silver Minus Calibur on his left. When the Caliburs are interlocked, they create a scissor-like weapon resembling a stag beetle's mandibles; the "RIDER CUTTING" finisher is then activated as the charge on the Double Calibur starts immediately.

The picture on the right top box may seem different coz it maybe a prototype of the DX Double Calibur.

Yes i did and i found out that "two piece"(red circle) actually is same.
so i think i've bought a defective item?

Yeah..it is fully functional but the surface defective is "uncomfortable" for me..
