Um, have you flipped the other side of the blade? Cause you're suppose to turn it to a scissor something?    That or its pirated! 

No mistake at all as I've seen a lot of people got the same yellow painting/decal on one side.

Gatack Double Calibur: Only available in Rider Form; shotel-like weapons which resemble mandibles. They are attached on each shoulder when not in use. He has a golden Plus Calibur on his right shoulder and a silver Minus Calibur on his left. When the Caliburs are interlocked, they create a scissor-like weapon resembling a stag beetle's mandibles; the "RIDER CUTTING" finisher is then activated as the charge on the Double Calibur starts immediately.

The picture on the right top box may seem different coz it maybe a prototype of the DX Double Calibur.

I've circled out the handles red just want to let you know the differences both of the Caliburs; Plus and Minus Calibur.

First pic:    From the looks of it, maybe the yellow painting color worn out on both of the Plus Calibur's side.

Just paint it with yellow color back. 

Anyway it is fully functional and not a defect (in terms of electronics) toy right?

Not very sure la, but sure weekends I can't go because I will be back to Johor. So only on wed-fri like that. orz.
But I not too worry since there's some of forumers at here can help me check over there during weekends lol =P

but all for kanak kanak one, not for us one.. very tiny one..
If discs one have quite number of it.. that one is RM5 each if not mistaken..
