To be honest, botting is more pointless in this game than other MMORPG.

The reason being by the fact that you're botting, you're already condemning your own team to a more likely loss. More so if you happen to be the top tank that is much needed to lead the push. Which translate into a smaller credit and exp gain. Also since these two are only given by damage and spotting, you're even more unlikely to gain much exp even with botting.

tl;dr Why do people even bother?

In the end, the game has no other content other than pvp. And to get to the higher tiers, you have to grind. A LOT. So having to grind is the aim for bots, really.

Not saying that i support bots, just saying that i see why some people did it.

in early tier, keep getting "ricochet!" "ricochet!" "ricochet!" OMG

but whats the meaning of "penetration!" ?

Penetration means the shot went through the armor.

Btw, another tanker here reporting.

I'm fond of using US medium tanks and tank destroyers.

Currently slogging it out with the T20 and M18.

now that i have IS i realize it has the same firepower as kv1s albeit the IS has lower top speed, which kinda sucks since it has better hp/ton.

btw how do you guys grind ur credits?
i use kv, kv1s, n IS
tho the kv1s n IS earning depends on how many shots u bounce since ammo is 1k each
now have to save 2.5mil for is3 which is taking a while

M18 (and to a certain extent, its ugly cousin the T25/2.)

Best credit earner.

My SU-14 and KV-3 also nets me good income most of the time.

not everyone will earn using arty. keep missing and u'll ... in general most ppl keep a tier 5-6 for credit earning.

got my ISU 152 recently, now they have discount for tier 9 object 704:cry:

cant grind 176k exp fast enough

ricochet = bounce shot. shells skimmed over the enemy armor. No hits. Happens all the time for american guns.

penetration = shells hit and enter the armor. money earned!!!

not really...damage is the one that counts, not all penetration comes with damage

yeah, its kinda sucks. but i wonder if the enemy modul/crew are damaged?

no sure though... the higher tier tanks, u can always penetrate, but to actually deal damage, u must know where to aim.

when u get your 122mm u wont complain anymore lol

You're not aiming in the right place.

(Yeah, I know. You usually need to hit them from the sides with early american guns.)

yeah i have the 122 but thats the thing, the kv1s and the is top gun is the same, except for a slightly higher ROF on the IS, love the alpha tho

yeah..the t28 and t95, crazy...no chance. using 105mm also cant pen..

T95 weakness is at root top. while fighting German ...always shoot lower glarius plate....always can make their engine stall. Or side ...70% German tank ammo rack are at side
