Hey mint..what are the modification rules and parts that able to use for the open and super open class?

Mint, have you tried comparing the performance between 14 Pignon vs 12 Pignon Gears ? (You can get the 12 Pignon from Type 3 Chassis)

And when you use that kind of setting, what kind of wheel did you use ? large ? Low-Height ? or even Small dia ?

In the race "SUPER OPEN CLASS".
You can modify any part But it must be the only brand TAMIYA.

I have tried from the gear 12 and 14.
Race condition in the same format.
Gear 14 can run faster than gear 12.
But .. if the field is the leap that many points.
Gear 12 will do 14 times better than Gears.

Summarize
The smooth running gear 14 will do 12 times better than Gears.
Running technical gear to do 12 times more than 14 gears.

The size of the wheels and tires.
Depending on the technical refinement of individual

From that I've tested.
Wheel size 2.7mm. Suitable gear 14.
If the gear wheel size 12 suit 3mm.

Err...this is the formula you can put into Excel and play around with it

(Counter Pignon/Pignon)x(Counter Corona/ Corona)


So by using the Super Speed Gear as base, I think the ratio given will be something around 2:1, cmiiw

The modified gear is available for several months. Or possibly years.
At maintenance. Cleaning after play

Oil is the weakness of the modified gear.
If we use too much oil.
Could cause the glue in the connection of gear May be separate.
