for those powerful motor... normally 3V under no load will consume 0.7~0.8(10A)...

thus, provide high speed and high toque...

but ensure there is no other load that cause power consume when you test...also... no other lube for less friction...

yes...no load... run freely...take old batt like 1.5x times 2 batt and try... if can get that figure... which mean power!! hahaha

front, 3 layers of paper tag for decreasing the angle, front brake applied to decrease the speel for up slope and absorb the impact when down slope.

rear, HG front wing to extend roller position more backward + 830 AO bearing. almost most of the screw space use to provide better stability on cornering.

the rear roller actually absorbed most of the force, until the screw getting hardly bended. that's the reason when i am racing with yayah... the screw getting loosed.

a gutter opened to softer the tire wall...this is the steering system i try to apply for mini 4wd since last few cars.

2 layers of paper tag inserted into the back of the motor terminal, thus to ensure the conductivity...

previously i tried to use 8-9double roller and 830 roller to decrease the weight, however, 12-13 provide more stability and faster corner for my car, so, end up i use heavier double roller for racing...bigger roller has the advantage that crossing the joints of track...

this is the CG of the car at the front and rear, CG not only exist at up and down, it also exist at front and rear... roller position will decided the CG and it have a lot of cross relationship with tire and force absorbed by the front and rear... that's why you see the car moving forward but the rear screw bending....


might discuss further more in future...anyhow, those are my basic understanding on my mini 4wd, you might have better ideas and knowledge, please share and we grown together~
