QUOTE(obelickz @ Jun 19 2010, 04:34 AM) from what i know weight training suitable for weight loss. I cant do HIIT cardio training coz i cant run/jog.. oh lol. the word intensive in HIIT doesn't mean you have to sprint 100km/h if you can't do running HIIT, do burpee HIIT. and HIIT's all about heart rate.

obelickz, r u sure it is 6.5mph (which is 10.5kmph) or 5mph (8kmph)? if yes, then ur leg spread is damn cool (for 162cm ppl like u).
if u insist on HIIT for cardio-based training, yet unable to HIIT run, do at 6.5mph with variety of incline. (ie. 3%-1%-5%-1%-7%-1%-9%-1%-repeat) unable do that? HIIT with elliptical. unable do that? HIIT with bike. unable do that? HIIT with rowing. unable do all above? then go fullbody with HIIT as others said (im not familiar on this).

i think u just lost water weigt, since it's only 5 day (14-19) how about ur diet?
weight lifting sure will increase power and muscle will use a lot of calories.. but without proper diet, it's nothing
** but i think this journal is not/will not updated by TS
