Erm... I used proxy to get that price. It's doable for GamersGate; even a free Hotspot Shield works.

Proxy is only required if you want certain games with certain discounts, for example, kianweic's case with Bulletstorm. Once you've got the game in your GamersGate profile, no proxy is required to download the file content. The region block is only applicable during the purchase phase.
