QUOTE(alvin_yong_87 @ Jul 4 2010, 09:16 PM) hi all. mine is AP set and the paint on the camera is still nice. My nails is quite long also. i'm planning to get myself an android phone this month..currently i'm struggling whether which android phone should i get.. still choosing around in between milestones, nexus 1 and desire.. which one do you guys recommend?? like milestones so much because of the qwerty keyboard but i heard the news of paint peeling off from the camera button and also the 'echo' sound when making/receiving calls..software/firmware buggy or not i am not sure.. for nexus 1 it can firstly get froyo update in this planet but i kinda don't like the design and also the trackball.. desire almost same spec as n1, works great in sense ui function but i gotta feeling that it will get froyo update very very late... can anyone please choose for me?? Only some sets will experience echo sound but a simple software update will solve the problem. My set initially suffered this too but the problem is non existent anymore after a week of usage. Magically disappeared. If Nexus 1 already get Froyo update, rest be sure that the MS will be the second phone to get it coz our MS is running on plain wanilla Android. Exactly same interface with the N1. QUOTE(RieZky @ Jul 4 2010, 11:03 PM) emm..what the different with Original Milestone(brighstar/verizon) with the ap company...the price different almost rm400-500..izzit juz the the warranty only?? to be safe and wanna be "kuai kuai chai"= Ori set. dont mind to get your hands dirty with rooting and trial and error SW updates = AP |

It will be a stupid decision not to make a gsm version of the droid x. Singapore, hk and china... these are the few big market for potential sales.

if you mean the 02.31 to 02.36, almost everyone in here has already gotten it either by auto update or flashing.

QUOTE(RieZky @ Jul 22 2010, 10:14 PM) oh so its mean normal for MS,rite?coz..i have use camera phone before.never heard dat noisy sound..scratching sound its normal. if not normal that means your milestone isn't capable of taking pictures edi. QUOTE(chowhp @ Jul 22 2010, 10:49 PM) As for member request, below is the camera quality of our Milestone: Oh, nice car. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « But yeah, the camera is only good when there are very good lighting condition. ANd by very good it doesn't mean decent. QUOTE(darkcurves @ Jul 23 2010, 12:34 AM) so MS picture quality is nothin to shout bout? actually i dun care, i hav a digi cam, i jus hope can upgrade to froyo. android says up to 3-5 times faster is irresistible! well, just put it in this way. You buy the Milestone is NOT solely for the camera purpose. As long as it serves the purpose of taking a picture as a quick reference, it is acceptable for me. |

QUOTE(sanosizo @ Jul 25 2010, 05:42 PM) I'm bringing in a few units of ezestand next month, costs half than the motorola docking station but with portrait docking as well, with usb cable of course. Doesn't looks as elegant tho. But,I guess its what you get for what you pay . pay peanut, you get monkey. |

Motorola DEXT, like the Motorola Backflip (and also the Milestone XT perhaps) is CURRENTLY monopolized by AP distributors, hence the high price.
Milestone on the other hand already made its official debut at Malaysia, so to sell milestones by a milestone, AP companies have to lower the price of the phone. This post has been edited by V12Kompressor: Aug 13 2010, 10:24 PM |

I just downloaded Advanced task Killer and also Toggle Data 2.0...
Nothing major changes but at least one hour of bluetooth A2DP and some light web browsing can last me a day and a half. |
