My car clock at 146,000.00km with 4 years, done engine flushing using liqui moly 2 times in car lifetime now, can feel any improvement if using this?

Scare that placebo effect will take the 1st place.
*
I can't possibly be assuring you that it will help, cause I am not selling the product either. But just that as to me, it works on whatever car I tested, be it my 16 years old kembara, to 5 years old City/Civic/Merc. And IMHO, RM35 is not too much hurt to try?

And also IMHO, engine flushing wise... Use Lambda Primer Set will yield better result and more economical.

Actually I was wondering if a car owner only fuels his car with Caltex Techron, will he still need this additive/cleaner? hmm.gif
*
I always pump Caltex fuel, and yes... It still make a difference.

So far my FC is more or less the same. Perhaps the Techron additive don't really like to be mixed with Shell's fuel? laugh.gif

To be safe, I pumped Caltex fuel after pouring in the Techron Concentrate Plus, treat it like extra Techron power. flex.gif
*
Caltex + concentrate or Primax + concentrate yields best as far as I tested.

*
I just went yesterday night, so I would say no. (Unless they stocked up this morning)

Then no more stocks for weekend again. I guess Caltex need to thank this forum for its good initial response of this product eh? laugh.gif
*
Well too bad some people still think that Techron is some marketing gimmick without doing their research.

There is a reason why Obama's Limo pump only Caltex during his visit in MY.

Ya, do a image googling yield so.

Just tested on my mom's 3 years old C200 CGI, the low end before the turbo boost came in just become so much more "willing" and drivable.

can also, what i read, it can prevent next carbon built-up.
*
Yes. Often, people wanted to feel huge difference to judge whether a thing works a single bit. What they don't see is, they are actually preventing the carbon build up in the first place.

Same theory to VTEC, Turbocharger alike (aka must feel the VTEC kick in, must feel the turbo lag then sudden boost baru syok), if too smooth then complain not working lol but actually it is more efficient.

Caltex Techron additive on Euro2 vs BHP Euro3, which one better...?  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*
If you buy into whatever they market, just follow your heart. For me, I know Techron is proven and patented, and happened so my car works best on that, followed by BHP and Primax.

And because Techron is by Chevron, and Chevron fuel is kind of premium grade and also premium pricing in USA.

*
Lol that fella is me. I purposely left 1 bottle on shelf.

Why need too manu bottle? Sell it latter perhaps?
*
No not selling, for own use. Assuming 10K mileage per bottle, it will be quite fast finish with a few cars around. And it is going to be expensive later on, so just stock it up.

No, unless you can find the Techron Diesel version, which we don't have it in Malaysia yet.

Yea, this forum was like an unofficial "press release". laugh.gif

Lol this thread necro-ed by me right after I got my first bottle.

P/S: Check out those idiots comment at Paultan TCP post... Totally non-sense. Saying that TCP does not work because it does not give additional 10HP, or saying that just rev the engine kao kao every month will clear off any deposits. So to say BMW = Idiot, according to them since BMW repacked this.

I doubt they will discontinue it since this is like their "flagship" additive so that users of other petrol brands can still get the Techron goodness for their car.
*
That's true... This TCP is like a "bread and butter" proven stuff over many countries. Ok leave the USA alone since it is originated from there, and from Chevron which sells premium fuel in the states.

I first came across this and google up review last time when I send my mom's old BMW to service, since BMW rebottled them and uses them also.

That's all?? Is it applicable for my dad Merz ?? 100k mileage but never clean it , but I not sure la cause got send into the workshop
*
Yea, you don't need a magic spell to activate it.

Merc fuel tank is slightly larger, so maybe a 2nd treatment would be good.
