Or you could just switch to Caltex petrol/diesel for a few tanks? Isn't it the same effect? That's what I'm doing now since I can't find any either.
Alternatively you can look for the BMW Fuel System Cleaner Plus which is basically rebranded Techron |

I just bought one caltex techron concentrate plus for my bmw 523i which has been suffering from slight misfiring probably from the gummed up valve.
Surprise surprise, it cured the problem after just on one full tank. For RM35, I think its worth the money |
