your case same as mine.... end up cannot install the unifi due to wrong address and they cancel for me...actually I'm so not clever when they ask is that the correct address.... if tipu sikit, for sure i got unifi earlier....huhuhuh

until now still not update in their system even though i submit the interested form[at unifi search address] more than 5 times.... Lastly want to registered streamyx, then they suggest to registered unifi.... so stupid system and management.....

if the contractor didn't know your area very well(mine is kampung) they will call you to find your home right? but if the contractor know very well at your area, i cannot help you...

lastly i just go and registered at tm point and they will investigate(for sure take long time if not push) and also because feedback from my streamyx registration...

you just confirm the point of the fiber[white or green box] from your house, then find the closest house[address at their crappy system], then ask them....

yup, that is the cable.....that place might be have unifi either q4 this year or q1 next year....

maybe they said as per planning but we dunno what will happen in future... as for my place, they not stated inside their web....but still got it.....

i think they will do the thing in fast mode now as their gaining experience.....

my place is not in the dense area.... it at sempadan only and last few year my place already change to subang jaya.... but still use shah alam because already use long time ago....

yeah, they never update their website.... maybe their admin is very lazy....

so far i saw for unifi it will be put as Cxxx and the abbreviation of tm exchange
example for me C035 SAG...
