Check your tongue. If it s dirty then mostly you have bad breath.

actually just do this:

1. visit your dentist - fix any bad tooth you have, do a cleaning to remove plaque. do this annually
2. brush your teeth morning and night - do it properly
3. floss your teeth daily
4. clean your tongue daily with a tongue scrapper
5. rinse your mouth after eating

with the above, it should minimise any bad breath

also be aware what you eat, if you just had garlic or durian dun la stand so close to the person you talk to , take a mint if you just had some strong food.

oh ya pls do not burp, i beh tahan people near me burping away so i can smell what they just makan .......yucks!

I know that from my own experience.

Try to drink plenty of water, normally people who has bad breath drinks little bit of water per day or did not brush teeth or scrub tongue in the morning.

Not sure whether it works for everyone but if I wasn't able to find plenty of water to rinse my mouth or was in a hurry, normally I will open the gap of my mouth a little bit for like 5-10 mins to let the air circulate in and out of my mouth, breath through my mouth, so that the bad breath will evaporate out of my mouth. It works fine for me.

Hope it does make sense, just sharing. No harm trying.

I am really scared of those bad breath especially sales person in the mall who introduce their products to me persistently.

Sometimes I really feel like telling them that they have real strong bad breath.

Never seen how the new toothbrush clean your tongue and sides of your mouth. There are microbes there that can cause bad breath. Why not you ask your dentist.

Ask from your trusted friend. Anyway..drink a lot of water to avoid bad breath.

Nobody love bad breath,but the least you could do is to clean your tongue regularly with tongue cleaner.

oh wow..may methods to discover how bad your breath is..i usually just HAH on my palm and smell it..
