Just want to share something.
I sent an email regarding using outside credit card on UK Apple Store to
contactus.uk@euro.apple.com:
My question:Hi,
My name is xxxxxxx, Apple ID xxxxxxxx and I'm one of your
customer that would like to purchase an iPhone 4 from UK Online Apple Store.
I would like to use my Malaysia issued Visa credit card as my payment
method. Does UK Online Store accept it? I also know that billing and
shipping must be the same as credit card billing address. As stated at
http://store.apple.com/uk/help/payments/ca...co=MTM3NDg3MTk*, to my
understandings, UK Apple Store will accept any major credit card, even
issued outside UK, provided additional information. Can I know what
additional information that you need?
Thank you.

Answer from Apple UK:Thank you for contacting the Apple Online Store.
We apologise for the inconvenience. While the Apple Online Store does allow for a billing address outside of the UK, it is restricted to the 15 countries found on the following website:

I ask again:
So if I put UK shipping address and pay with my Malaysia issued credit card, would that cause any trouble?
They answer:
We require that your billing address match what is on file with your bank for the associated credit card.
